Small payment differences, are introduced as credits to your name.
Payment for the products is due immediately upon the placing of your order. Orders are processed only after receiving the payment, orders that are not paid for, will be automatically deleted after 21 days.

Homeovet itself does no shipping, no export, your purchase order is being forwarded to a Dutch carrier who takes care of fullfillment. Parcel NL (worldwide!) These pass on your assignment, to their (delivery) partners including but not limited to; DPD, UPS, FedEx. and your order will be shipped to your adress.
How can I track the progress of my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. Our Warehouse team works around the clock so you could receive the email in the day or the night. From there it should be delivered within a week to your place. However you can also track your order from their website using tracking link given in your mail.
