Return Policy

Warranty and return policy.
We ask you to check all ordered and delivered goods at delivery for breakage and completeness. If you receive a damaged or defective product. (Refuse the parcel!) Contact us within 48 hours of delivery . Please be prepared to supply us with the order number and product number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. Homeovet will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return and will cover all return shipping charges. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for these return shipping charges. after this period it is considered that the delivery was performed entirely satisfactorily.

Homeovet Veterinary Clinic fully guarantees the delivered goods until the maximum amount paid in purchase of the goods.
Under this warranty are excluded whether or not the intended results of our products are achieved and any side effects .For use of medicines, please read the instructions on / in the package. If in doubt, consult your Vet!

Right to return.
if you live in a European Union country, you have a legal right to cancel your order after you have received and inspected the goods. Please note that in the case of rugs, accessories etc , "inspect" means examine, and does not permit you or your animals to wear and use the items.
Please note that you are under a legal duty to take care of the product, and this includes all packaging and labelling. Care must be taken to ensure that the products remain in the best possible condition. If  the goods show signs of use or damage on return we can not accept them.
Should you decide to return the products you must notify us of cancellation
You must return the goods to us securely packaged within 14 days after receiving the products, in the condition in which they were received, at your cost, as soon as possible, with as much of their original packaging and their original paperwork as possible. We will transfer the amount to you upon receipt of the products, according to our terms and conditions, minus the cost of shipping.

Prescription required products are excluded from return .

Food we can NOT accept for return due to Health and Safety reasons
