Terms and Conditions of Homeovet Veterinary Practice.

Welcome to Homeovet Veterinary practise, we are offering an assortment of zoo, pet  (large and small dogs and puppies, cats and kittens, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and other domestic animals) cattle, horses ,equestrian products and a comprehensive program of animal homeopathy and medicine.

If you continue to browse and use this web site, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern Homeovet`s relationship with you in relation to this web site.

On all our products we apply the following delivery and payment conditions:

You can pay in your own currency, select your currency at the top Navigation bar.

The customer can choose advance payment minus -2% (automated)
payment gateways like; PayPal , Mollie Payments (Apple Pay, paysafecard, Klarna (Use of Klarna costs 2,99% extra), Electronic Payment Standard (EPS), Cartes Bancaires, SEPA, Apple Pay, Przelewy24 and creditcards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires en CartaS) and Braintree .

Small payment differences, are introduced as credits to your name.

Payment for the products is due immediately upon the placing of your order. Orders are processed only after receiving the payment, orders that are not paid for,  will be automatically deleted after 21 days.

Delivery Information

What delivery options do you have?

In order to see the shipping cost for your destination please click the link ‘shipping cost ‘at the top Navigation bar.

Homeovet itself does no shipping, no export, your purchase order is being forwarded to a Dutch carrier who takes care of fullfillment. Parcel NL (worldwide!) These pass on your assignment, to their (delivery) partners including but not limited to;  DPD, UPS, FedEx. and your order will be shipped to your adress.

How can I track the progress of my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. Our Warehouse team works around the clock so you could receive the email in the day or the night. From there it should be delivered within a week to your place. However you can also track your order from their website using tracking link given in your mail.

When ordering products from Homeovet for delivery outside the EU. you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; We can not make any statements about the level of fees, customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for information. Please note that  when you are ordering products and prescription required medicine from Homeovet, you accept that you are the importer of the ordered products. You must obey all laws and regulations of the country in which you want to receive the ordered products .

How can I track the progress of my order?

,As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. Once we receive your payment we will process your order. 

§ 1 Ordering process.

Select product, introduce your personal data, select processing country, Select order delivery wish ,read Terms and Conditions and confirm.
After this process a button is visible to send a complete email order confirmation.

§ 2
Prescription required products

Homeovet Veterinair practice provides for simple, prescription required products a free Recipe service.
In the case of an order with prescription products you can select on our website; recipe your own vet or recipe our vets( this service is free.)
For this service we need two additional processing days

This means, the prescription for a prescription required product in your order  will be submitted to one of our Vet`s for assessment, the order is limited to one year's supply
The customer declares hereby to have informed his Vet about the proposed treatment and that he is the owner or officialy responsible person for the livestock. If you order wormers for your horse / horses, you will only do this only because you have seen visible worms in the manure or in the stable.

Should you select recipe your Vet: Send the original recipe to Getfertweg 290-7, 7512 BG, Enschede, Netherland. Failure to send the original signed prescription within 30 days of ordering will result in cancellation of your order.

Prescription required products that have been prescribed can not be returned.

§ 3 The processing of orders is worldwide.

§ 4 stock.
All offers from Homeovet are without obligation. Offers shall be subjected to availability of the product. When a product is no longer available, we will contact you immediately and offer you an alternative product. You can also get the money refunded to your account.

§ 5

Orders will be processed after receiving the full payment within 3 /5 working days.

Because of the environment, we like to waist packaging material as little as possible and send as many products from an order at once.

Please consider that packing stations to this moment do not belong to the processing options.

The client can
trace his package through a package code assigned to his mail address, if the customer is not at home, the transporter can choose to offer again next day or leave the package in a package store in the near, in both cases the customer will be reported. The package store stores the packet  9 days, when the buyer does`nt pick up the package, it  will come back to us. After receiving the Parcel fees again, the package can be picked up by Parcel BV a second time.

Shipping is on risk buyer.

Homeovet is not liable for the discomfort and damages as a result of exceeding delivery times. When your order is not in stock you will be contacted about the delivery time. Should the delivery time not be acceptable for you the order will be cancelled automatically.

We ask you if you have choosen for  pick up yourself or your own transporter to contact us for a collection schedule.


§ 1 Homeovet itself knows no shipping costs.

If you choose Parcel NL, you can in order to see the shipping cost for your destination/country, click the link ‘shipping cost ‘at the top Navigation bar. The costs for Parcel NL are automatically calculated in the final invoice price.

§1a Whenn a customer is trying to order to a not listed country it will be denied with refund costs 5,00

§ 2  You order in the Netherlands and the ordered goods are charged under Dutch law.

3. prices.

§ 1
All prices are in Euro and including VAT.

Homeovet has the right to change prices and to correct any type errors. When any of this would be in your disadvantage, you will be notified by email. You will then have the right to cancel your order.

4 Your right to return.
You have a legal right to cancel your order after you have received and inspected the goods. Please note that in the case of rugs, accessories etc , "inspect" means examine, and does not permit you or your animals to wear and use the items.
Please note that you are under a legal duty to take care of the product, and this includes all packaging and labelling. Care must be taken to ensure that the products remain in the best possible condition. If  the goods show signs of use or damage on return we can not accept them.
Should you decide to return the products you must notify us of cancellation
You must return the goods to us securely packaged within 14 days after receiving the products, in the condition in which they were received, at your cost, as soon as possible, with as much of their original packaging and their original paperwork as possible. We will transfer the amount to you upon receipt of the products, according to our terms and conditions, minus the cost of shipping. If payed by Paypal 2.50 is charged.

Food we can NOT accept for return due to Health and Safety reason

Prescription required products are excluded from return .

Please note that orders that are canceled after receiving the payment, or denied by delivery, or were not collected at the package store we have following rules:

Fees for service Parcel will be charged if the package was
denied by delivery, or was not collected at the package store .

Mollie payments / Paypal charges the parcel will automatically be placed on the reduction in transfers back over.

§ 2

Equestrian products;

Small differences in color or designs in Equestrian items shall be no reason for return.
In horse rugs backlenght applies as a measure guide!

if you live in the United Kingdom or another European Union country, you have a legal right to cancel your order after you have received and inspected the goods. Please note that in the case of rugs, accessories etc., "inspect" means examine, and does not permit you or your horse to wear and use the items. In any case, we must request you to return goods at your own cost
Due to Health and Safety reasons we will NOT accept your return for any reason if it is sent back to us dirty or used.

5 Warranty.

§ 1

We ask you to check all ordered and delivered goods at delivery for breakage and completeness. If you receive a damaged or defective product. (Refuse the parcel!) Contact us within 48 hours of delivery . Please be prepared to supply us with the order number and product number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. Homeovet will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return and will cover all return shipping charges. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for these return shipping charges. after this period it is considered that the delivery was performed entirely satisfactorily.

Furthermore Homeovet Veterinair practice is equitable account of delivering products to other brands than ordered when these ingredients contain the same quality or effectiveness.
This applies also for medicine

Homeovet Veterinary Practice fully guarantees the delivered goods until the maximum amount paid in purchase of the goods.
Under this warranty are excluded whether or not the intended results of our products are achieved and any side effects .For use of medicines, please read the instructions on / in the package. If in doubt, consult your Vet!

Homeovet accepts no responsibility regarding the use of products during events or competition. The rules of the organisation of these Events and Competitions should be followed at any time. As a result of the dynamic developments in legislation and prohibited substances, the legislation should be checked regularly by the riders and horse owners.

6 Liability.

§ The maximum liability
corresponds until the amount paid in purchase of the goods.
This accepts the buyer in our confirmation of delivery.


We do not accept liability for printing errors, inaccuracies, outdated information. any incorrect or incomplete information on our website. Homeovet assumes no liability for inaccuracies or misstatements about products. This side is not designed to and does not provide medical advice, professional diagnosis, treatment , opinion or services to you or to any other idividual,  through this site we provide general information for educational purposes only, this information is not a substitute for medical or professional care. We are not liable or responsible for any advise, course of treatment, diagnosis or any other information, services or product you obtain through this site.

7 Legal aspects and indications.

The product range of Homeovet Veterinair practice is aimed at consumers worldwide in different languages. ​​You can use our specially Google Translate Tool for translation in your own language.
Every effort is made to keep the web site up and running smoothly. However, Homeovet takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the web site being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

§ 2 Communication takes place by email at Homeovet.
The customer will be notified by email about each processing step of the order. the customer will be asked  to keep his
mail box ready for the receiving of emails from Homeovet about the status of the order.
Undeliverable emails, whether due to spam filters, etc., are not the
responsibility of Homeovet.

8 Miscellaneous

All disputes of any kind whatsoever with respect to this Site or these conditions or contracts will be brought before the Dutch Court. Arnhem, Netherlands.
The terms and conditions of this contract are in accordance with Dutch law, excluding UN-commerce law, even when ordering from or delivering to a country other than The Netherlands. All points of these terms and conditions remain valid, even if one of the above points is invalid. We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and recommend that you should look through them on a regular basis

We log all IP Addresses from where order has been generated to protect and prosecute any fraudulent activity.

Email Addresses are collected and used to notify customers of their order, new products or important upgrades or login in our websites.

Address are used for delivery your order to your place: In order to fulfil your order we may need to disclose some of your information to our (delivery) partners including but not limited to; Parcel.NL, DPD, UPS, FedEx.

We do not sell any information we collect to third parties nor do we disclose any information to third parties without the consent of the information owner.
