Useful information for reference and educational purposes only;

The active principle in Sabinapuersal is Juniperus sabina, Savin Juniper (Cupressaceae). It grows in the mountains of Europe North America and Asia. The fresh, branch tips, which are not yet lignified, with leaves are used.

Homeopatic Mode of Action;

    Toward the female sexual organs
    Kidneys and
    Lower urinary tract
    Musculoskeletal system

Sabina has a particular affinity (relationship) to the female sexual organs, where it generates a hyperaemia (increased, local congestion).
In lower potencies Sabina increases the motility of the uterus musculature; whereas Sabina in high potencies (as contained in Sabinapuersal) calms excessive contractions (biphasic preparation).

Particularly in the large animal practice Sabinapuersal is useful because it can be used without residues and withdrawal periods.
