Phytonics Kidney comp 50 ml

Supports kidney function and urinary tract, to maintain a healthy balance of water, salts, and minerals in the blood and as a diuretic to increase urine flow for the removal of waste products and bacteria.

Traditional use per ingredient;

• Hydrastis canadensis (Canadian turmeric): supports the mucous membranes
  
• Solidago virga aurea); Goldenrod is used as a diuretic to increase urine flow
• Asparagus: is a diuretic.
• Betula alba (Birch): supports kidney function. Urine volume is increased which supports a healthy environment in the bladder.
• Uva Ursi (Bearberry); is used for urinary tract infections
• Orthosiphonis stamineus (cat mustache): supports kidney function and ensures a good fluid balance.
• Bentonite-Montmorillonite: catalyzes and strengthens the phytotherapeutic ingredients.
• Uncaria tomentosa (Cat's Claw): Stimulates the immune system.

Dosage

(Unless a vet prescribes otherwise) twice a day:

Cat: 2-5 drops.

Dog: 5-10 drops

Horse: 10-15 drops

1 ml = 20 drops.

Upon improvement, you can switch to a maintenance dose. You can then maintain half of the above dose. If your animal seems to need more, a double dose can be safely given. The dose can be gradually reduced to the lowest possible dose upon improvement.

Administration

You can administer the product with a plastic syringe directly into the mouth, possibly diluted with a little water. Preferably not at the same time as a meal because the product works better when it is absorbed by the clean oral mucosa. If your animal does not like the product, the drops can be given on a small piece of treat.

Use

In an acute situation, the duration of treatment is relatively short. This can vary from a few days to 3 weeks. If there is improvement, continue with the administration of this product for a few more days. With prolonged discomfort, the effect is usually visible after 1 to 3 weeks. It is advisable to take a stop week after every 6 to 8 weeks. This means that the incentive can be offered again after the stop week. Resume the treatment immediately if there is reason to do so. The product can be given permanently.
